The architectural firm Niedermann Sigg Schwendener Architekten in Zurich was founded by the three partners Norbert Niedermann, Philipp Sigg and Thomas Schwendener in 2005 after studying at the Winterthur University of Applied Sciences and the ETH Zurich. A team of around 15-20 employees works on a wide range of different construction tasks and constructive solutions with a focus on the areas of old age and care, living as well as schools and sport. The majority of the projects and buildings are the result of successes from competitive procedures that were announced by public property developers.
